Various benefits for such card are published from time to time and are at the sole discreetion of the providers. Lifecareindia.com does not own any responsibility out of dishonouring of any such benefits which may have been enlisted. No dispute on the same will be entertained. The medical information written on the card is as on the date of issue & as provided in good faith by the client. Lifecareindia does not authenticate such information & owns no responsibilty for genuiness of the information . Medical information may change after the time of issue of card & lifecare does not own any responsibity for such changes or any information not mentioned on the card . Doctors or health care takers are adviced to substantiate their own mwdical history, blood group etc. of the client/ card holder for their own safety. Lifecare owns no responsibilty for any medico-legal action arising out of the information provide on the card. Lifecareindia.com cannot and does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information you submit to LIFECARD or your or third parties' use or misuse of information transmitted or received using LIFECARD. INDEMNITY.             This service is purely provided for convenience of the client & is in no way bound on Lifecareindia.com The service is provided solely at the discreetion of Lifecareindia & only in certain areas at the convenience of lifecare. Non fulfillment of commitment of home visits are possible under various circumstances, lifecare is not responsible for any such cancellation of home visit, informed or uninformed to the client & consequences arising out of it, whether medico-legal or financial. No claims shall arise out of non compliance of such service.

INDEMNITY. You agree to indemnify, and hold Lifecareindia.com , its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from non compliance of the this facility by lifecare.
